We aim to ensure that product information, images, prices and stock levels are accurate and up to date. However, errors, changes and sold-out items may occur, and we reserve the right to correct obvious mistakes.
All prices are displayed in the relevant currency and include VAT information where applicable. For business agreements, prices, discounts and payment terms may depend on customer type, volume and individual contracts.
Payment is due according to the selected payment method or the separately agreed credit and invoicing terms.
Delivery takes place to the address or location agreed at the time of ordering. Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise explicitly confirmed in writing.
Risk generally passes on delivery unless otherwise required by law or separate agreement.
If defects or shortages are discovered, you should contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. We handle claims according to applicable law and the specific agreement.
Hajdu is not liable for indirect losses, operating losses or consequential damages unless required by mandatory law.
